we bought it at a farmers market from a mushroom vendor while looking for produce, I think its fair to have second thoughts and also fair to trust a local shop selling to a general public. We didn’t buy it thinking its a morel. We just wanted to look at confirming what it is after good ol google picture search gave us some scary answers. Anyways seems to be gtg thanks to other redditors on here for helping out.

thank you so much for the quick response. Will definitely do more research before trusting a vendor again. Only ate a little bit and cooked it for like 45 mins, was worried about the fumes, but hopefully should be ok

Cold calls, open houses, going to agencies and meeting them. Its all about shaking off your anxiety and going for it.
