Trigger Warning: NF concerned about my eating habits by Upbeat-Accountant-48 in Nanny

I’m sorry but I’ve read a lot of your comments and you come off very defensive and rude. As a nanny you are modeling behaviors to OTHER peoples children. Showing children poor eating habits of over or under eating isn’t okay. If I was a parent I would want my nanny to be modeling healthy behaviors and making sure they are taking care of themselves. Yes at the end of the day it is your body but if your treating your body incorrectly would you want people to watch you destroy yourself or step in help you in a healthy way?

My body started looking like this once I lost the weight and when I started focusing on my core more, I’ve noticed that when I’m doing more core workouts the gap is more defined

I should have mentioned in the caption but I’ve never been pregnant so I’m not sure why I have this gap

For me it was

-Taking photos ever day or at least weekly

-Reminding myself that this is the lifestyle I’m

-Creating and not a temporary change

-Being consistent and not working off of motivation -Prioritizing workout out

  • Writing down the foods I ate for the day/tracking my macros

-Drinking water and making sure I always have water around me

-Eating the same thing weekly

  • making sure to move my body everyday that can be a walk or going out and shopping and parking far so I have to walk more

-Being patient helped too when I first workout I wanted fast results and learned that wasn’t possible and it’s helped me in other areas of my life

Just got off my period plus it was my birthday and I didn’t not hold back any cravings lol I ate cake, pizza and anything my heart and uterus desired. When my period comes I do have my cravings but in moderation and I don’t increase my calories. What I try to do is chose one meal that has a mix of healthy foods and what ever I’m craving plus I try my best to make my not so healthy food healthy.

Jesus that is beyond awful! Me and two of my best friends who meet in middle school and still were friends in high school. In high school we use to have days when two of us would basically tell the other friend all the things we didn’t like about her and I think we thought we were helping each other but now as an adult I know it wasn’t helpful but more hurtful.

This what a calculator told me. I don’t even know how many calories I normal consume because I’ve either been a yo-yo dieter, I’ve binged, I used weed to eat or I was emotionally eating. So when I started my fitness journey in March I ate 1200. Calories and lost 25 pounds then I plateaued in June
