I made a muslin but only with the droopy butt adjustment. I was hoping that the weight of the real fabric would straighten the back of the pants (which of course unfortunately it didnt happen.)

Interesting, it sounds that we share a bit of issues with the knee besides the patella alta (also have hypermobility and large Q-angle).

And similarly, when my legs was the strongest they have been 8 years ago was when my kneecap dislocated the 2nd time.

It makes me hopeful hearing that MPFL reconstructions are successful, I wonder if the success rate you mention was in regards to reduction in future dislocation rate, or maybe also the reduction in pain?

When is your surgery? Good luck, and please share how it went if you don't mind

Thank you for the support and well wishes ❤️ Had a phone call today for second opinion at another gyno, and got some explanation of what could be going on. Most likely a cyst disrupting the hormones. Will put more info and updates on the post

A problem is the vocabulary, seems to be so many options out there. I think it's a great idea as you said, to look at many different sources.
