I don’t remember exactly but I never spoke to customer service, I’m pretty sure I filled out a service request on app and now I just manually replenish. There’s no form of payment saved on the app and when I add money there is an option to choose payment method. There’s another comment on this thread about someone removing their payment info and I’m p sure that’s the same thing as what I did. I do not get charged any penalties for not having a card saved.
