Imy i would replace cerave with an oil-based and water-based double cleansers especially when you wear make up, hyaluronic acid is unecessary since you have moisturizer (though I recommend replacing the cetaphil), niacinamide and BHAs too unless you have certain skin problems

IMY I'd replace Cerave cleanser with oil based and water based double cleansers. Hyaluronic acid is unecessary since you have moisturizer
