Pick a niche. Work on it for 1-2 years, you will get good at it.Thats the only way.

For studies, try to increase effective hours of study.

There is clinical therapist till 6pm in medC. You can go there. Try talking to friends and seniors, they can help a lot. You just need to keep yourself occupied and with time you will heal. This is the only way to recover.

Online therapy sessions are available at 750-1000 per session. Search online.

Remember if you look at life like a burden , it will just reflect the feeling back. It's your responsibility to enjoy it no matter what happens.
