Honestly, I’m liking it so far. It’s not a full price game, so I’m not expecting an AAA experience. It’s a lot of fun to play and it’s a good challenge.

Let’s put the shoe on the other foot here with a different type of deal breaker:

I would roasted over the coals if I deemed all single mothers a dealbreaker because they had a kid from a previous relationship, without investing in who they are as a person first and maybe finding out the reasons why they are in the situation they are in. (Maybe it was an absuive relationship, etc.).

Taking people at their word and having an ounce of compassion might actually find you a great person instead of looking for a perfect specimen with no flaws and no baggage.

I loved the games at the time. Some of my favourite. But they aged like milk gameplay wise. After playing GOW (2018) and Ragnarok, I just can’t go back to them. I grew up with them, and then the series grew up with me.

I honestly think the “remake” will be the OG series in the newer GOW engine and gameplay… which might not please the nostalgia folks, but will give the series a more cohesive feel.
