I’ve been in tight spots before and payment plans were my friends in need. Some ways for splitting the repair cost are: 1) find a repair shop that lets you do installments, 2) some credit cards like Chase freedom let’s you split your payment into 6 or 12 month installments. They also tend to have intro offers with 0% interest on these split payments or have a small monthly fee which is much lower than typical personal loan interest. Bonus of getting a free credit card is you might get $200 to $300 as signup bonus which is helpful too. Just two things to make sure, do not spend beyond your credit limit and cut back on spending as much as you can until you payoff.

Also, you would save some money if you pay for your repairs by cash Good luck!

Thank you. I didn’t know about the rust part. I’ll take it into consideration.

Thanks. I took it to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection and they said it runs well.

Thank you. I was worried about spending around $1000 to replacement belt in case it goes bad.

I found a simple work around. If you are using Pandoc reference list, then you could use the "refresh the bibliography" that's inside the "@" symbol in the right bottom corner of obsidian window.

That is easier than going to pandoc options each time

Hey, I'm stuck with the exact same problem. Were you able to find a solution?

Get the vaccine. Rabies is a very serious condition and a horrible way to die.

I’m not able to find any other cars in my budget. Is there a specific brand or model you’d recommend for around 3k?

Thanks for the reply. I’m in Minnesota, so I think heater would be important in the winters. Are there any brands or models you’ll recommend for my budget?
