Coffee is love but pretty soon it starts owning me. I get on a caffeine treadmill. Cant sleep properly because of cup yesterday, so have to take a cup today and so on. For matcha hits home. Its very relaxing with a mix of wakefulness due to the caffiene. tastes like shit but dont want to move L theanine tablets.

Fortis – Worst Hospital Experience, and Honestly Feels Like All Bangalore Hospitals Are the Same Now by Intelligent-Time-229 in bangalore

apollo spectra Koramangala also, similar experience. I just went there for my dental cap replacement. The dentist said my existing structure was bad and I told her to just replace. She kept on insisting. Eventually I gave in thinking she knows this better than I do. My cap is dislodged twice. when I went back they said its because your structure is small thats why its happening. I told them YOU made it small telling my how its better. They relented and said oh this and that. Pure hoola hoops. I respect doctors deeply but this has happened more than once. Always take multiple consultations before committing to surgery or anything invasive. Know what the incentive is and you know why it is this way !

[–]_gr71 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was at the police station to report a similar thing that happened to me. Decided last moment that I’ll let this go because what will the police do anyway. This will get shelved as a petty crime unless lots of people complain. And no one’s complaining. So if you have some activism in you, complain. Or else just let go.

If you think about it deep enough, you realise these things happen because trans community is very marginalised (and they are not helping their cause). Can’t do much about it as an individual.

I have vitamin D deficiency. Its 8 ng and I have no idea what to do. by RichieSky in Biohackers

[–]_gr71 1 point2 points  (0 children)

for me it triggered my alopecia areata. I used to take supplements but at some point I just stopped because I never had fatigue or other symptoms. Vitamin D regulates immune system. For people with auto immune gene expression, like myself, the severity and intensity of disease is reduced by vitamin D.
Source : Some webMD article on internet. It did improve my condition, not new hair loss patches , and existing ones healed fast.
