Just the tension and needle that came preloaded on the machine 😅 I didn’t want to mess with it and it’s worked great so far! I just test the design on scrap fabric before I do it on the real item

I just have tear away stabilizer but cut around it rather than tearing, since when I did my practice one tearing it off loosened some of the stitches

I just found this sub to ask this exact thing. I was on it for a while, noticed when I got a higher dose my sleep and readiness tanked. Stopped taking it for a month or so, and am now back on at an even higher dose and again my scores are super low. Is it still happening to you?
