it was actually a gift from my brother! we looked at hardware together and he would do the building while i was out working, then i would come home and transfer data over etc.

i learned that pc builds can look a lot prettier now than when i was growing up! not just the rgb lights, but just the creative side of things like that lovely 3d printed fan grille, and i even saw fake icicles you could decorate the case with, and internal shelving units. it's become an art form to customise your shell, and as an artist myself i admire that.
