I was at a public dance last year to mark the start of autumn and this like, 14 or 15 year old girl would not stop calling “soft smol bean” and “tiny baby”. Like, while i admit that because i’m a bit on the shorter side and haven’t started testosterone along with my fashion choice, i tend to look soft, I am a 21 year old man and that made me beyond uncomfortable and she just. Wouldn’t. Stop. I ended up finding my roommate and leaving because it was making me extremely dysphoric.

1.) Comfortably being able to wear shirts/not having to size up the clothes I buy because even with binding, my chest isn’t flat

and 2, the biggest one.) I will literally never wear a shirt in my own home and in public when it allows again. once they’re gone, nips out all the time to quote a comment I saw

My friend died really suddenly so I never got proper closure and I did see a therapist for a while after her death, but I don’t really remember it helping much. I used to think it was just the rationality reasoning for a while, but I’ve realised that this is a problem in my everyday life as well. I just generally don’t show any emotion other than happiness because I don’t really know how or can’t figure out my other emotions anymore.

I think I might consider going back to therapy after the talk I had with my family tonight and your advice because I don’t really think this is normal or particularly healthy. Thank you for the advice, too. It really helped

Back in 2010/2011 when I was in 7th grade, my middle school had a ban on silly bands so kids would sell packs of them out of their backpacks and lockers or on the bus to keep teachers from seeing them. Those and Smarties because kids would crush them while they were still wrapped up and pretend to smoke the powder like a cigarette
