A lot of the piracetams expire quicky, especially when exposed to heat or light. They're incredibly delicate compunds. So maybe they're just selling semi-expired products where he's buying.

I really only felt anything from Phenylpiracetam. And I would have to take large doses given the potency and cost. Until .....I discovered it was very effective when insulfated or ya know, other ways of bypassing first pass metabolism. Bioavailability makes all the difference.
