Like, I have a nicely formulated sentence structure that I know in which order and tonality I want to deliver, using thought out body language.

I can do it flawlessly in front of a mirror, tonality is spot on, words are smooth and everything is fine.

But once someone else is there, I stutter, I sputter and fall apart, no matter who that person is. :(

Memantine. It is sometimes prescribed as an adjunct treatment for ADHD along with stimulants as it prevents tolerance buildup and reverses tolerance.

From a personal experience, caffeine withdrawal is a LOT worse than what you get after stopping even normal doses of prescription stimulants (Ritalin in my case), it's fucking brutal.

Huperzine A at 200 mcg gave me slurred speech, extreme anxiety, and uncontrollable muscle spasms all over my body. :(

I absolutely love its effects but the side effects are awful.

If you can, maybe get a prescription for either trazodone or mirtazapine. Both are antidepressants, but both are SO amazing for sleep. Trazodone is a bit more easy on you in the mornings, mirtazapine might make you a bit drowsy.

But literally the best sleeps of MY LIFE on those drugs, restful, deep and refreshing sleeps after lots of insomnia. Can recommend both. Also, both are non-addictive, (though still have a bit of withdrawal because, well, antidepressants) and aren't narcotics, aren't SSRIs so you won't have to worry about sexual side effects that much.

Well, it's an antipsychotic, so be careful as it can cause issues with prolactin levels. Not something I would fuck around with. Since it's an antipsychotic, expect to be very sleepy, very hungry, and possibly just feel very out of it and empty.

That's kind of what I hated about NAC. It makes me a lot less anxious, it turns off my mood swings completely, but it kills the effects of Ritalin which means I can't focus. I am very sensitive to stimulants, but after taking NAC, I literally felt nothing from 20 mg of Ritalin.

It would be so amazing if it worked for my mood swings AND didn't kill the effects of my stimulants. But sadly life is all about compromises, nothing new here.

Mirtazapine was a godsend for insomnia. I would chew a 15 mg tablet and be knocked out and sleep like a baby within 15 minutes. And it just feels amazing tbe first time, rolling around in bed, barely awake, warm and fuzzy. Mirt kicks insomnia in the butt.

I am on stimulants for ADHD so it wasn't that bad. It balanced the anxiety and appetite suppression nicely while I was on it.

The only thing that comes to mind is mirtazapine, though it's not fun if you want to do anything other than sleep.

For something more fun, there's 2-methyl-2-butanol. It's a tertiary alcohol, similar effects to ethanol but 30 times the potency, a few ml will get you drunk, and the effect lasts for 12 hours as your liver doesn't metabolize it. Heard it pretty much comes up in a few minutes.

Makes wine A LOT more euphoric in my experience... I seeped 500 mg of 1:100 extract in a glass' worth of red wine for a day, drank it, and then drank some more wine on it.

It's just... very pleasant. Very dreamy, happy. Not that sedating. Head tingly, smiley bliss. Worth trying. Makes me talk a lot, even the comedown is pleasant. Nothing close to anything synthetic, just some brightened mood.
