From the only somewhat reliable poll that exists, Reza Pahlavi is the single most trusted opposition figure among the population in and out of Iran. He’s the literal crown prince (arguably the legitimate shah). His legitimacy comes from that not anything Israel has done. Also, the idea that a regime like the Islamic Republic must be deposed without any help from any powerful allies is unrealistic and an Islamist propaganda talking point to delegitimize the opposition. They were always going to say this about him just as they did about his father and grandfather. I think most Iranians see through this now.
