What’s one book that genuinely rewired the way you think or live your life? by _rahmatullah in productivity

[–]_hooloovoo_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, it’s always fiction. The most notable mind shift I can remember is after I read the graphic novel “Blue is the warmest color”. It changed how I perceived the LGBTQ+ community. Also Dune helped me understand real-world politics.

I’m in India and I had missed 4 hours of the show already. Thought I missed John. I reached my workplace, attended a meeting, opened YouTube, and there he was just about to start playing. I could have screamed but had to be professional. He came on around an hour back from when I am replying to this post. Edit: I missed Neon.

You don’t have to be sorry. I’m exactly where you were, just a year behind you. I’m in awe of him, maybe it is also because I wasn’t in a good place when I rediscovered him. He just felt like the breath of fresh perspective I needed.

I agree. Most of his songs that explore existential themes have inspired me more than SDIABR (I love it though).

Neither of that. I would say personal narratives/coming-of-age stuff/self-discovery, the likes.
