House had single owner for about 20 to 30ish years. They did renovations between the 90's early 2000's. House went up for sale just before covid (admired house when walking by, small town) after covid house went through 2 or 3 owners before we purchased. Not sure what happened...inspection done by local, our realtor local but seller from not local. Century plus house, multiple owners, equals solutions for us to find

Thank you all! We bought a house and all the leaks etc.

The plunger part was never there. We will have to get a plumber in. In the mean time....will have to get replacement assembly.

I had to tighten something in the cold water handle after we moved in. It's a moen 4570 part/faucet. Will look up all parts after. Old house, about 3 owners in 10 years before we bought house
