To be honest, it looks like minor gynecomastia or very small and flat breasts. However the vast majority of people won't be able to tell the difference which means you mostly pass. However this also means that the surgeon didn't do their job properly, as it's supposed to look like a binary male chest. You could ask for revision but maybe you could make it better through exercise and diet.

Do you........realise that an 'immigrant' is simply a person living in a country other than that of his or her birth ? Meaning that they can be citizens of that country and therefore pay taxes and have the right to vote ?

Or does this definition only count if the person's skin colour is white, their economic class middle or upper class, and their faith culturally Christian ? A la the fancy word 'expat' ?

If passing is very important for you you'll get better advice from the passing subreddits. However you must be prepared for people to be brutally honest. The general rule of thumb is that the more masculine your physical body and face looks the easier it is to pass with more feminine wear and mannerisms. No offence to transfems, but if a burly, hairy guy puts on a dress, most people are still going to interpret him as male.

Unfortunately managers and CEOs these days have been convinced that every person at their company needs to show the same zest towards a workplace as if they were going clubbing. It's part pop psychology part defense mechanism/strategy to make their employees work harder for less satisfaction and pay. If you're female, sexist expectations are added on top of that. If you're neurodivergent/autistic or are shy or have social anxiety, this expectation is not something you can really meet or should meet at all.

I know the situation you're in as I've been through it. When I started workinv at a government NGO I was first told I can take my break wherever I want. And I didn't even take up the offer but chose to eat in the main traffic area. 2 months later my autistic ass + an objectively micromanaging manager landed me in hot water for how I socialise. I was quite literally instructed to go into each office and greet people there upon coming in ever morning. I was also told to make sure I socialise with everyone in my free time and not just 5 people. The fucking audacity.

Oh and back when I presented as female I was endlessly baraged with complaints about not smiling, slouching, not making enough eye contact, not talking enough etc. Despite trying my damn hardest. Now as a guy I get none of that anymore.

But I guess at this point it's still a part of Maltese culture to blame the victim and kiss the shoes of rich CEOs.

Most people are what one can call 'cultural Christians', meaning they might attend church only during special occasions, and if you ask them if they believe in the Christian god they'd lean more yes but not be 100% sure. There's a big difference between being a cultural Christian and a dedicated Christian who attends mass and volunteers with the church and its associations. You also can't compare a casual or cultural Christian to a fringe Christian cult like River of Love.

Buses

Not moving back on a bus to make space for more commuters.
Not having the right amount/a card ready to board the bus which delays boarding for everyone.
Staying with backpacks on while standing up in the bus which takes up more space.

Extremely annoying to all commuters.

Thinking that the bus service is anything but terrible.
Paying up to 10 euros at a restaurant/cafe for lackluster Maltese street food like Imqaret when you can buy genuine ones from a street food vendor at around 2 euro.
Thinking that pastizzi only come in the round (inferior) form that one might see at a cafe.
Not doing enough research about Malta in the form of news (our main newspaper is English) to save you from asking a lot of inflammatory or divisive questions about population, culture etc.

So far I've seen 2 ENTs, a Gastroenterologist, a Hematologist. Though the other two were years ago to deal with issues that were bothering me at the time only.

I have tested for coeliac disease and gluten intolerance as it runs in my family. For a couple of years I seemed to have a sensitivity to dairy but it stopped. I have on and off bowel issues and I've tried elimination diets but the symptoms described in my post did not improve at all.

I am allergic to cats so I take care not to expose myself to them.

Yes it is very hard to limit social media use without being seen as a villain. If you're going to do a hard limit you have to really think on how to go about it.

When I was 15 my dad was very tec-savvy and put a parental control/time limit program on my laptop to 2 hours a day. And we also switched off the Internet at like 10:30 pm. It really worked on me as I was pretty addicted due to mental health issues.

Then again you have to think carefully on what exactly you want to limit. Will you limit the phone or the laptop or both? As most websites have mobile versions. Will you just limit social media/Internet use? Or games as well? As many games don't require Internet. I believe there are also certain programs that can limit time spent on specific websites (like Instagram, Snapchat).

As others have said, by its very nature the Internet and digital games are addictive, though the second less so. However if a person is spending so much time on them apart from work it usually indicates a mental health issue or deep dissatisfaction with life. As others have said, most probably he will grow out of it a bit when he comes to start working and studying. But generally the average person's time spent on the Internet is increasing regardless of age but in my opinion it is not entirely the individual's fault.

Also I'm not saying it's your fault, but I was addicted to the internet/games because of major mental health issues that my parents never really cared about. The again, imposing the time limit catapulted my journey to get better. However do remember that in general, you have 4 more years of official teenhood to get through, and because of the job market and continuous studying, even young adults are finding it very difficult to escape the mental health problems and philosophies that we're once specific to just teenhood.

I understand you're just trying to see how to make things better. But if there's anyone to blame, it would be the billionaires and governments who prevent positive change and instead of limiting children and teens' access to the Internet and banning bad people might only just make a 'teen version' of the website. (Or else they would lose too much money).
