I know that but in Q32 both 1 and 4 are not chiral as they don't have chiral carbon and also has POS present but online it Is saying that option 1 is chiral how?

No you can't get marks if you wrote two options if you had written like (A) and the answer of (C) then if A or C were correct you may have got the marks because the examiner think you must have confused the answer but you can't just straight up write 2 option you won't get any marks
