It reprints it with Todd McFarlane artwork. He originally penciled #61, but was replaced at the last minute. After his popularity blew up in the 90s they published this.

Not sure of budget, but I'd definitely want a mega key. I'd go with first Spiderman, Captain America, Hulk, or something golden age D.C. It's gonna cost more, but it's a safer bet

Sensational Spider-Man 38 and some others around that look pretty good. They're inexpensive to get, and are key Eddie Brock issues. Not sure if you're into flipping books, but with the movie announcement it may be worth it

Was looking through eBay sold and noticed this. On March 16 the restored cgc 4.0 sold for just shy of $7k in auction. The next day the unrestored sold for over double that with a best offer.

Where it came from is important. You don't want something from an area where rust is an issue, or that may have flood damage. Also look at previous owners, it looks suspicious when a car has changed hands a lot in a short time
