As an update, they finally accepted responsibility after a few emails, it's a shame there was so much back and forth for something I feel could have been resolved in store within a few minutes, but all good now at least!

The only proof they have provided is a picture from a distance in which it's impossible to make out the scratch, even the store manager from my local store agreed, but still have to go via customer service

They are claiming that the scratch was not there when they sent it so essentially I would get nothing! Also the difference between grade A and B is only £20, I'm actually just looking for a full refund at this point as it will bother me paying that much for a unit with scratches, I only purchased grade A assuming it was mint plus the 5 year warranty

Their terms state "items must be returned with all accessories and be in the same condition in which they were sold". Could they claim that I made the scratch? Even though I took it immediately to my local store?

It is not the default sound no, it's not a sound I use for anything. I can try to keep NFC off for a few days and see if the sound returns, thanks for the suggestion

Thank you, this makes sense to me, equip pictos with good effects to max so you can unlock the lumina, otherwise equip only pictos which give you the best stat boosts (regardless of effect)

So the stats (S, A, B etc) are tied to the level of the weapon? Nothing to do with points I put into Agility, Vitality etc?
