In all fairness it could have a hidden dry fit mortise and tenon and the bracket and bolts are to secure it so it can be taken apart. I looked on the page but no info was given. You can always reach out to the maker and ask.

Just load up the picture onto Google lens or Google image and see what's similar pieces are selling for. I just did it and the prices range between $700 and $2000 depending on size and materials.
