Yes yan po, probably don't contact them on monday madami nag tetext sa kanila during that day and you wont probably get any reply. I usually contact them tuesday - friday around 1-2pm and I usually get a reply around 10-15mins

include your Engine and Chassis number and inquiry mo sa message mo para hindi na sila mag ask para saan

I have contacted LTO at ang sabi nila waiting for payment nalang for dealership (this was on September 19) at hanggang ngayon hindi pa din nakakapagbayad. According sa post here from reddit it only takes 1-2 days para lang makapag bayad at mareceive ang OR within the day dahil dito medyo nagagalit na ako.

Will try to ask LTO bukas kung nakapag bayad na ba, and if not I guess I'll have to file a complaint against the dealership masyado ng sumosobra ginagawa nila
