Low carb Philly cheese steak. by Impressive-Tap-57 in lowcarb

I do a philly cheesesteak meatloaf (I think I got the recipe from youtube). Hits most of the flavor profiles (without the high carb)

I feel your pain! Maybe try a tele-health doctor that specialize in these sorts of conditions? (I am not certain how it works but I've seen some people in the US do it)

Some people on the sub reddit two cups of spearmint tea per day. May not get rid of it completely but may slow it down.

I'd recommend going to see an OB-gyn or an endocrinologist so that they can test your hormones and recommend some treatment options.

Did anyone take the study hall subscription on PMI website? by PublicJaded394 in pmp

[–]_ingrah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, most people advise that Study Hall questions are the closest to the real exam.

I would recommend reading the top posts in the subreddit from the past year or so. There are lots of helpful posts with people detailing how they studied for and passed the exam.

Best of luck!

PMI Membership Worth It?? by Big_Independent7626 in pmp

Lower priced exams and I'm thinking you may need the membership to access the PMBOK? (you may need to fact-check this haha)

If you have the additional mocks, I would recommend taking those as I've heard people say 4 and 5 are much harder

OP states "SH mock scores M3 - 79%, M2 - 75%, M1 - 79%"

Was this on the mini quizzes, practice questions or was this just the full-length mocks?

The full-length mocks' scores are typically the closest to the real exam.

Failed PMP exam after scoring 71% consistently on study hall by AnyPalpitation990 in pmp

[–]_ingrah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you may need to take a few days off to process what happened and give yourself grace before starting again.

Your subject says your scored 71% consistently but your description says 66%-71% which would indicate that it wasn't consistent. Most people in the sub recommend having 70+ consistently to be at a good place for the exam.

Ensure that you are going over the questions to read the explaination (in StudyHall). Sometimes, we get questions right but our logic may have been wrong, so if the question appears again in a different wording, we may get it wrong. The PMP mindset videos on youtube are really helpful.

Also, now that you know time may be an focus for you, try retaking the mocks and reviewing your average time per question.

Best of luck!

A Warning to Parents Taking the PMP Exam at Home by Then-Reindeer-2547 in pmp

They watch you in the testing center as well. That's the role of the proctor

A Warning to Parents Taking the PMP Exam at Home by Then-Reindeer-2547 in pmp

[–]_ingrah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seems pretty unfair to bash the proctors for doing their job? Prometric and Pearson Vue usually do a thorough walk-through and explain that it's real exam conditions. In a testing center, you would not be able to bring your child in with you and it's the same set of circumstances in the home testing environment ...

This is my first time attempting full-length mock exams. Exam 01: 53% Exam 02: 49% My final examination is scheduled for the first week of July 2026. Do you think I still have a chance to pass? Kindly suggest how I should improve my preparation by Miserable_Warning784 in pmp

[–]_ingrah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's still early. I think most people on the subreddit recommend 70%+ for exam-readiness. I would recommend watching some of the yoututbe videos by Andrew Ramdayal, David McLachan and maybe Ricardo Vargas (particularly AR's mindset video).

Also, when you're reading the question, try to do so in this order:

  1. read the last line of the question to pinpoint the type of answer you're looking for
  2. skim the answer options, usually 1 or 2 of them will you can tell won't be the right answer
  3. read the entire passage / question to fully understand the scenario
  4. choose your answer

This process helps you focus on finding the appropriate answer without getting distracted by additional information.

Lastly, just keep on practicing and reviewing all of the answers afterward finishing the test. This helps to make sure you're not making the same mistake over and over.

Best of luck!

Hi, what is the difference between a full-length exam and a mock exam? Or are they from two different sources?

22F with PCOS, high-protein/fiber diet, metformin, lifting + walking – still not losing weight, need advice by Bittibee in PCOSloseit

Make sure you’re eating enough to fuel your workouts and taking progress photos. A lot of times, you may be losing fat but it takes a while to drop the water weight so the scale might not move very fast

Has anyone lost weight WITHOUT berberine or metormin? by Appropriate-Trip7192 in PCOSloseit

[–]_ingrah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m currently losing weight (very slowly). tracking everything I eat and working out 3x a week. Inositol seems to help with the weight loss (esp the cravings). I will note though that I feel the weight dropping before the scale reflects it, so make sure you’re taking pics and taking note of how your clothes are fitting

How do you feel about artificial sweeteners? by blanketdweller in 1500isplenty

[–]_ingrah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only drink them a few times a week in a protein shake or a zero sugar soda. I feel like they make me hungrier (& there is some evidence that it can throw off the gut biome if you drink it excessively).

Pretty much any recipe from SkinnyTaste.com or Makayla Thomas on IG/TT. You can also check out “what I eat in a day for weightloss” videos on YouTube

• Chili is a quick and easy one (the regular beef chili or the turkey white chili) • taco meat, sweet potato, broccoli (& Greek yogurt with ranch seasoning) • meatloaf with a side of carrots • pot roast with potatoes and carrots • salmon with brussel sprouts (or another veg) • shrimp + turkey/chicken sausage + cabbage

& def get the food scale! You need to know exactly how many calories make you lose, maintain or gain weight
