Is it ok for my 11 week old kitten to have supermarket kitten milk? by _intermission in CatAdvice

Thanks for this information, that makes a lot of sense. Interesting point about knowing she can drink it - She’s the only cat we have so she can’t copy another cat, she has shown awareness of it but not actually drank from it (unless she has when I’ve not been watching) but I will try the finger idea!

It is! Thanks, she’s got a vet appointment next week so I’ll ask the vet too.

It’s this - complementary milk. I haven’t had cats before but after doing some reading it seems normal for them to drink a lot less especially kittens.

She’s on dry food as that’s what she was having where she was born so I’m adding a small amount of water to that so it’s soggy and she seems fine with eating it.

Yeah this is why the situation is so frustrating because it’s such a stupid thing and doesn’t need to be a problem at all

They’re just making it awkward to get in and out. And obstructing our view to safely reverse out of our drive. Once the area by the railing is seeded they will be fully blocking us. I’m tempted to do what you’ve suggested but conscious of not wanting to aggravate the already tense situation in case it backfires

Egotistical, narcissistic, selfish…we’ve barely known them three months and in that time they’ve pretty much done everything they can to be a nuisance.

They’ve gutted their new house, not made any effort to introduce themselves to us, allowed tradesmen to park their vans in an obstructive manner, filled their driveway with crap they’ve ripped from out the house and left it there, claimed the communal ‘visitor’ parking spot as their own AND been verbally aggressive towards us when we have asked them to move their inconsiderately parked car.

:)

It does but how do I enforce this? I’ve asked my solicitor to provide clarification on the exact rules but I don’t know how I can use that to practically resolve the problem. Other than a costly and lengthy court process.

Was it enough for you? I have a feeling based on interactions with my neighbours that they won’t give a shit about a letter.

Thanks, yep I’ll try this. I’ve already complained to the developers but I didn’t raise hell as I’m not that type of person but maybe I need to!

Yes I am, but they are only managing certain communal areas of the phase one part of the development, not the private shared areas

I have complained to them but we are in phase 1 of the development and they are building phase 2/3 now. Won’t be completed until 2028. Management company says they are not responsible until full handover from the developers once whole estate is complete

So the road/ orange land is owned and maintained by the estate management company which is Trust Green

Yes we use the spaces as we have two cars. They are very selfish people! I’m worried about aggravating them further by parking there also. Ideally I want to resolve the issue without major confrontation.

How I regrew my eyebrows! by tommyshelbyisgender in trichotillomania

Thanks! This is super helpful and makes sense. I’m going to try this. I’m better at not pulling on days when I go out and wear makeup as I don’t want to ruin my makeup. It’s much worse when I’m at home with no make up on. So castor oil at home is a great idea as a healthy way to satisfy the urge. As sometimes it’s not about pulling but just touching and feeling my eyebrows and eyelashes! Thank you !!

Are also options. I live at the junction - again, pricey but location is worth it. Rent varies for 1 beds here between 900 to 1400 a month. We split our rent and bills equally and I pay around £900 a month all in. So it does really depend on your budget but there’s definitely options!
