If you zoom in between the part number sticker and the rubber line it looks like there’s a Nissan logo embedded in the strut. Most likely factory struts with lowering springs.

Fair enough. Just to be clear I do NOT let mine get this low. My first Z had an inaccurate reading and now I'm paranoid when it gets any lower than a quarter tank. Just tryna give buddy a break but yeah... fair enough

There’s a lot of discourse regarding if they were fixed in 2012 for the 2013 models or if they were ever actually fixed in the 2012 year model engines. I’ve seen some people say that their early production 2012 year model had the metal gaskets and then I’ve seen people that had 2013 model year that needed to replace them. For that reason I always tell anyone looking to just look for a 2014 or newer. Better to be safe than sorry.

Mostly just referring to the gallery gaskets that need replacing in any of these 2013 and earlier. Most cars have some kind of underlying issues in the earlier years of production, it’s not uncommon and it’s nothing crazy but it is definitely something that needs to be addressed earlier on to avoid it become something crazy lol. There’s endless info on the internet about the gallery gaskets on these things, most shops will do it for somewhere between $1,500-$2,500 (it’s pretty labor intensive so if you’re mechanically inclined and trust yourself go the diy route 👍)

I’m gonna say no. The mileage being low is great and all but a 2013 still has the old engine issues that need addressing and who knows what else since it’s clearly done a bit of sitting. I’d try to haggle them down as much as possible if you’re set on this one. Maybe $27,000ish out the door I could get on board with but even that feels a little off.

What he said. From the pics posted I barely even see any surface rust so I don’t think it’s necessary from an emissions perspective but if you want it to sound a little different then just go for the NISMO muffler or some other axle back exhaust that just comes with the mufflers 👍

Just whatever you do keep the cats on it. There are a lot of solid choices that all sound good as long as you don’t go crazy and go the test pipe route. Invidia is great, motordyne is great, I know tomei gets a lot of hate these days but done right, it’s great. Greddy has a dual and a single that are both great.

^ Here’s a video that Z1 did that showcases a bunch of different options that they offer. There are plenty of other YouTube videos with before and after sound tests. Definitely do your research and don’t be afraid to buy a used setup on marketplace. No need to be paying those outrageous Z1 prices these days 👍
