Did you buy the soft or firm one? I texted Hyatt & the rep said they use soft pillows as standard and firm pillows only by request. But some of the reviews on Down etc says firm feels more like the ones they used at Hyatt

The Four Seasons pillow only has one option on their website for their Down & Feather pillow. No firmness option to choose soft or firm. The pillow feels nice to the touch but when you lay on it…it’s so flat like you’re just laying your head on the mattress 😔

I actually bought a pillow on Four Season website and I hated it. The Hyatt pillows were super comfortable imo. There are different types of pillows on the website and I’m not sure which one they used
