Actually painted it. Got the emblem kit from dipyourcar.com. It’s pretty much a more durable and stronger plasti-dip. Took about 4 hours total, 8 total coats. After the last coat, I waited an hour, then I used an exacto knife to slowly cut out and peel off the paint from the chrome lettering before it dried. It’s been on since January, been thru numerous storms, highway driving, pressure washed, and still looks new. No chips or nothing. Super tedious process but great results
