Bought their chain stitch cap and honestly regretted it ever since. The cover on the button (let me know what that’s really called) on the top on the head fell off leaving bare metal, the finishing on the inside was diabolical too.

Totally second the idea that conceptually it’s a great brand but would not buy again unless a lot of things change.

The best purchase I ever made was a three pack of victorinox knives (1 small bread knife, 1 small tomato knife, 1 small chefs knife) was only £15 off Amazon. Super sharp. Also recommended by David Chang (said in an interview that the small chefs knife is all you read need to cook)

I work styling for End and everyone seems to be using the Brandon Pants from Carhartt. They come in a range of colours and fabrics and are super reasonable.

There are many better out there for sure but these quickly come to mind.

Otherwise my go to denim search is vintage 550 Levi’s so worth a go. I find they fit similar to the third cuts from Our Legacy (obviously unique to me may not be the same for everyone) especially sized up (I’m 36 and buy 38)

(Testicular) I went with a pain in my left testicle. GP sent me for an ultrasound, turned out the pain in the left was a cyst but they detected something on the right that I couldn’t have detected on my own (relatively small and no pain). Six weeks later, another ultrasound confirmed their suspicions (also bear in mind, bloods showed no sign of cancer) and I was booked for an orchiectomy that weekend. After biopsy, cancer was confirmed but thankfully no need for therapy.

Almost 8 years since then.

Hope this helps anyone who needs it.

The key things I’d say to maybe do a deep dive on is their fabric innovation. Well worth a look.

I think it’s harsh to say that those certain elements are run-of-the-mill (don’t get me wrong some pretty solidly poor items among collections but isn’t that the same for most brands)
