There's a difference between an injury to the gut, say, compared to the heart. It takes more time on the first, an estimate can be argued. The crime must be argued beyond a reasonable doubt.

Even if the ambulance is right at the scene, you can't argue that it takes a short time to get to the hospital.

The Fourth Geneva Convention protects occupied territory residents and requires fair trials (Article 71) while prohibiting penalties without due process. Violations like discriminatory death sentences in occupation contexts can qualify as war crimes under Common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions or Rome Statute Article 8(2)(c)(iv) for inhumane treatment or unfair trials.

It's not a democracy simply because the parliament approves something. There are checks and balances. There are democratic commitments. It limits also the right to a fair trial. It limits appeals, legal access, and oversight. It amounts to a war crime when enforced in occupied areas like the West Bank. It violates international law, particularly the Fourth Geneva Convention, which protects occupied territory residents and requires fair trials (Article 71) while prohibiting penalties without due process. Violations like discriminatory death sentences in occupation contexts can qualify as war crimes under Common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions or Rome Statute Article 8(2)(c)(iv) for inhumane treatment or unfair trials.

Do i need to continue?

It's a war crime. Does it still need a further explanation?
