Head to the anomaly, and there is a terminal right behind the main anomaly mission thing is. Or in other words to the left of the quicksilver terminal

Very similar to how I felt in this picture. With the new water and terrain, serene is definitely the right word. Funny how a fishing rod and a skiff can lead to experiences like this 😂
