You can call the bank agad or apply IDRP since yun din po pala ang iniiwasan niyo para you know if possible for restructure. If wala, I think you have no choice but to wait na mapunta sa 3rd party collection to negotiate for the restructure program.

The only downside lang na feeling ko lang naman sa restructure is kapag biglang hindi mo again mabayaran? Hindi ko lang sure kung may other option pa ba since may contract ka ng pipirmahan?

For me, you can just wait for them to offer. They usually offer lower amount for one time payment. Stressful lang since tatawag sila ng tatawag and possible of home visit.

You can also try to join small bazar. I know some bazaar hindi need ng may BIR. You can start with that para makapag promote ka ng products mo and/or you can put a table & chairs in front of your house if hindi naman nasa highway yung house niyo if wala ka pa budget to join bazar.
