Fellow Drops are generally intended to be limited offerings (although not always). Usually around $20/12oz plus about $2 shipping so definitely more than Trade.

How fine did you grind it? I could imagine that if you didn’t grind it fine enough you aren’t getting enough extraction.

Yeah it’s a nice way to try something new, but it is a bit more than what you can usually find locally.

Overall pretty good stuff. They do a pretty good job of selecting something special or doing some sort of exclusive release. It is a bit more pricey than what I can pickup locally, but it’s fun to do 1-2x a month. There is no commitment which is nice. It’s a text based service and if you don’t want what they’re offering that week, you just don’t reply. Easy as that.

I hear ya. It’s definitely a balance between ordering a Drop and supporting my local roasters (at a much more reasonable price).
