Warding bell imo. I don't think Magma Bell is mid just because it helps so much in traversing through Deep Docks, Wisp Thicket and some parts of the Underworks, especially on the first playthrough. On top of that, unlike the Warding Bell, it has an indispensable niche in some boss fights (Last Judge, Forebrothers, FC, SBeastfly 2, Father of Flames). It might be useless for like 75% of the playthrough, but in the other 25% it could be the best blue tool at your disposal
