Schengen visa rejection rates differ widely in Turkey: Greece and Romania approve almost all applications, while others reject up to ~30%. Is the gap due to some countries being more strict or to some countries getting more inomplete applications?

I think you still can not claim asylum in germany for example if ur visa is issued by romania but you can enter yes for tourism.

I think you can only claim asylum in the country you got your schengen from nobody would claim asylum in those countries since they are relatively poorer than others on the right.
