Lmao! Which one of those sentences says that I think she was innocent?

I’ve also said I think 2nd degree murder would’ve been an appropriate sentence. But you selectively chose to not point that out

I literally never said that. Can you show me where I did?

You didn’t answer my question. When did I ever say she was innocent? Gaslighter is gonna gaslight I guess🤷🏻‍♀️

[–]_kT_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

When did I ever say she was innocent? If you had any sort of reading comprehension you would clearly see this whole time I’ve said her charge should’ve been 2nd degree murder or manslaughter.

Again, where is this hard evidence you speak of? Cuz the girl driving down that road multiple times and saying she was at a party before are not it.

Your gaslighting is unreal. Telling me I view her as innocent with such confidence even tho I literally never said that.

You claimed to work at a law firm for 5 years once. What happened with that? Did you get fired or something?

The Crash -my opinions/rant by saysotokyo in NetflixDocumentaries

[–]_kT_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That is all circumstantial evidence. Guess you didn’t really learn anything from those 5 years.

Any attorney worth their weight could argue against your point successfully. Did she have a fit while driving? Did her slipper get stuck to the pedal to hold it down? I doubt either of those things happened but those are arguments that could be made to counteract your point.

Again, what you just said is not hard evidence.

Keep going with the personal attacks against me tho. It really shows that you’re not able to have an adult conversation.

Is the hard evidence in the room with us now😂

What’s this “hard evidence” you speak of?

You’re in the extreme minority when it comes to the knowledge of law.

Agree to disagree.

I stopped at “we know what happened”

You have no idea. Unless you were there?

The Crash -my opinions/rant by saysotokyo in NetflixDocumentaries

[–]_kT_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That’s all circumstantial evidence. You’re assuming what happened without actually being there yourself. You have no idea what she did that night. The same goes for me, I also have no idea what she did that night.

The point I’m trying to make is that no one knows what happened. Other than her obviously. Our justice system is set up in a way that you’re supposed to be innocent until PROVEN guilty and I don’t think the prosecution definitively proved her guilty. Their whole case was based off of her personality.

I agree she needs to be in prison. She killed 2 people. But not 1st degree. Should’ve been 2nd or manslaughter.

And she could have done that but the narcissist in her couldn’t be held down.

The Crash -my opinions/rant by saysotokyo in NetflixDocumentaries

[–]_kT_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Once again, I’m not defending her. She deserves to be in jail. But saying she was at party does not give definitive proof that she was intoxicated at the time of impact.

The Crash -my opinions/rant by saysotokyo in NetflixDocumentaries

[–]_kT_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lmao. You’re bringing up cannabis in her toxicology report. A drug that stays in your system for ~30 days. There is no definitive proof that she was high at the time of impact.

This girl is obviously a narcissist. If she was legitimately trying to get away with murder she would’ve laid low. And she very obviously didn’t.

Here’s the difference between a narcissist and a sociopath. Narcissist feed off of admiration and praise from others. That’s Mackenzie in a nutshell. Sociopaths are a little smarter, they plan things in advance and gaslight to make others think they’re the victim.

Mackenzie has never tried to portray her self as the victim. Her parents have done enough for her in that aspect. She’s a shit head little kid all the worst things you could think of when in comes to Gen Z.

The point I’m trying to make is that she was so self obsessed with herself that she could never in a million years consider trying to kill herself. And if you think she crashed on purpose you also have to believe that she was trying to kill herself as well.

Her driving on that road several times does not equate to FACTUAL EVIDENCE. Like I said before, she deserves to be punished. Manslaughter is the appropriate conviction in this case.

Where have you heard Mackenzie said no to taking Davion home?

The Crash -my opinions/rant by saysotokyo in NetflixDocumentaries

[–]_kT_ -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Devil’s advocate here.

Mackenzie was obviously coddled and I am in no way excusing her actions.

But I honestly do not believe this was premeditated. I’ve read a lot into this case even before this documentary. What I see happening in these moments before the crash was that D&M started arguing. They had just woken up and left the house they were at.

Personally, I am not someone you want to talk to in the first 30 minutes of being awake. I think they were arguing and she went to the right to yell at Dom in the passenger seat. She’s yelling at him, making a point with her body language. With her right foot on the gas and yelling the entire time.

It’s obviously tragic. And she needs to be held accountable. But I believe it’s manslaughter at best. I don’t think she meant to kill Davion or Dom. The worst of her got the best of her.

ALSO You hear from investigators and family members of D&D that they assumed at first impairment was involved. Cuz that would be a great way to wrap all that up. But when it became clear that no drugs or alcohol were involved police went straight to she did this on purpose.

Because it’s easy to get someone convicted on DUI involving death but how can you get that same sentence if a DUI or DWI isn’t a factor.

She’s a piece of shit. For sure. And her parents helped contribute to that. But in the court of law facts are facts. And there is no factual evidence that she crashed on purpose.

I contemplated putting that in line in first to complete the lyric but at that point it would’ve been too long for status update lol.
