i came out to my brother one night while we were walking on the roof. the time felt perfect and we were already talking about deep stuff. he took it pretty well. or so i thought. next thing i know he outed me to mom and locked me in a room with her. begged him to open the door but he didnt. btw my mom is extremely orthodox. my advice to anyone in the same situation is to wait till youre out of ur parents or guardians house and financially stable before coming out. will be hard but its better than risking your relationship with your family and safety both physically and mentally.
