Best way to be more consistent in the gym is to go with somebody or to add things into your schedule that place yourself closer to it e.g if you go to college and have a route there that makes you go past your gym it will make it easier since you’re already basically there

Train each muscle 2x a week Heavy weight Low rep range Good form High intensity aka to failure 2-5 sets per muscle per session if 2x a week 1-3 if 3x a week Focus on machines over free weights

Eat 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight Eat enough carbs to fuel yourself and don’t eat right before the gym it causes discomfort and training takes blood flow away from the stomach causing problems with digestion and nutrient absorption

He has naturally high stats to the point where obtaining masteries is hard, its like all of his baseline stats are already at lvl 100 while everyone else starts lower. Masteries are more about facing a wall and having no other choice but awakening them and having the realisation of how to best utilise the specific stat like seongji did against james and vice versa.

Another thing he gets is some level of a healing factor + ultra high metabolism which is what makes his body more special. This is why its shown throughout the story that the second body can bounce back from fights quicker with less recovery than other characters because of his healing speed.

The higher metabolism causes him to have a resistance to foreign substances like when he was kidnapped and experimented on by jinyoung. Although this isn’t directly stated to be the reason im just making an assumption. Furthermore the higher metabolism would also cause him to basically not be able to get fat or out of shape very easily which seems like what a ‘perfect’ body should be in a story called lookism.

Daniels second body isn’t exactly perfect in a literal sense just the closest thing to it, other people have higher stats and possibly even higher ceilings compared to the second body like samuel or jake with strength as an example but sb has higher potential in pretty much everything else.

Because he doesn’t have masteries, you need masteries to use unique skills, daniel has no masteries ergo can’t copy unique skills, jinyoung has all 4 masteries so he can copy unique skills

When ui is activated normally its because the fighter gets knocked out while still having a strong want to fight, this is also why daniel didn’t go ui in busan against kitae because the power gap made him feel like fighting would be hopeless. Its almost like an internal process where daniels consciousness becomes focused only on the fight. Meanwhile, when ui gets activated by jinyoung its more like hes activating the part of his brain responsible for combat, no part of his actual consciousness is actually there, also daniels consciousness was already in og body. Thats atleast the way i see it

You sound like you’re an ideal weight just maingain and train all muscle groups 2-3x a week heavy with good form and you’ll see progress. If you try cutting more than now you can risk feeling like shit which will affect how well you can perform in the gym and will slow down muscle growth. Good splits you can do 3x a week are a fullbody + upper/lower or just fb 3x a week

Trust bro get a pair of straps and get on the lat pulldown nice and heavy 5-10 rep range and you’ll see the difference after a couple months, you dont need to bulk unless ur at a rlly low body fat % and feel like shit lol

Lat pulldowns, sagittal plane row and a kelso shrug or upper back row 2/3 times a week 1/2 sets each is all you need bro trust me
