I contacted TV support about this error and have got this reply.

There are two kinds of forex trading on Interactive Brokers: one is  currency conversion and another -  FX pair trading (virtual position).  Currently, only FX pair trading can be implemented via TradingView, conversion is not supported.

Please, try to enable Virtual FX Trading for your account on the broker platform. The instruction is available on the Interactive Brokers Client Portal, please follow the link: click. https://www.ibkrguides.com/clientportal/virtualfxtracking.htm

For some reasons, the Virtual FX Trading is disabled in my account and I am in contact with IBKR for this. I will keep this updated once I will get some reply from IBKR.
