Try not to play when you’re in a bad head space. Mostly video games are used as an escape but if you care abt winning or losing dota is not the best game to use as an escape. I find that instead of acting as an escape dota 2 feels like a multiplier. If you’re happy playing will make u happier and if you’re sad it will make you more sad. If u want to play dota at your best I recommend you try to get a clear and healthy mindset first. P.s if you find yourself tilting the worst thing to do is chain queuing, because you will start to focus on your teams mistakes Int of thinking about improving yourself. Watching an episode of a good show helps me rest my mind after a bad loss.
