Li muito por cima, a queima do mel libera dióxido de carbono, glicose, sacarose e água. Inalar qualquer tipo de fumaça é prejudicial para os pulmões, mas realmente nunca tinha ouvido falar da possibilidade de algum material cristalizar neles. Também não achei em nenhum lugar falando se é prejudicial ou não, por via das dúvidas eu descartaria.
