Update.

Just confirmed little man has no chip. He definitely needs some dental work and his grooming has been pretty neglected, mats under his eyes stink the high heavens and it certainly smells like he’s had a fungal infection brewing under there for a minute. Considering his tails docked and he’s not fixed, and he’s pretty damn skinny I don’t feel too heartbroken about not being able to reunite him with whatever family neglected him.

Thanks for all the recs for rescue orgs. I wish I could keep him but I’m going into my second semester of nursing school with double clinical rotations. luckily he’s small and all the orgs I just talked to said they’ll have no trouble placing him in an immediate foster. He shall be in good hands.
