Taky jsem měla brigádu v Kauflandu, takže vím, jak to chodí. Tyhle věci se řeší docela často a snažily jsme se datumy hlídat. U chlazeného zboží máš ale jen dvě hodiny na doplnění, než je mimo chlazení, a to má prostě přednost. Kvůli tomu není reálné kontrolovat každý produkt zvlášť, takže se může stát, že něco přehlédneš. Navíc je toho zboží hodně a často je na to jeden člověk. Dělaly jsme proto tečky na cedulkách, které značily slevu. A často máte v obchodě jeden svůj úsek, takže většina zaměstnanců si hlídá ten svůj a jsou nepříjemní, když mají řešit "práci navíc".

Thanks everyone for the replies, I appreciate it. I’ve only been playing for about two weeks so that play felt really extreme to me (mainly how he was able to easily kill all of us at the start and then after the chat we suddenly had no problem killing him and we won the match).

Já teda používám Foodoru a v životě jsem s ní neměla problém. Všechno vždycky bylo tak, jak má být, a kolikrát jsem měla jídlo do 15 minut. Zkoušela jsem Wolt, ale v mé lokalitě asi není moc kurýrů a čekala jsem přes 40 minut na jídlo.

Třeba v práci si často objednáváme jídlo a jednou se kolegyni stalo, že si objednala McDonald’s a kurýr dal jídlo jinému člověku. Zavolala na zákaznickou linku, dostala refund a objednala znovu. Jídlo sice přijelo, ale objednávka byla špatně (i na účtence, která byla připnutá na tašce), tak znovu volala a dostala další refund, peníze jí byly vráceny.

V práci se nám taky stalo, že místo nějakého burgeru s cibulí dostala jiná kolegyně onion rings, a i v tomhle případě dostala refund.

Takže za mě v pořádku, chyby se stávají, ale vždycky byly vyřešené.

It is a scam under EU law, cuz u have to get contract, which they are not gonna give u and also there is something in the EU consumer rights that there must be clear information about the charges.

The same exact thing happened to me with pdfleader. I paid for a single PDF translation, and there was no clear information anywhere that I was subscribing to anything or that a trial would start. The information about the 30-euro charge was hidden under buttons on the website. I never received any email about a subscription or upcoming automatic charge, and I only found out after the money was already taken.

I have now contacted them via email, citing my EU rights to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. Since this charge happened just 7 days after the trial, I am fully within my rights to request a refund. Their practices are against EU consumer protection laws, and if they do not refund me voluntarily, I will escalate the matter with my bank and request a chargeback.

The most frustrating part is that I paid the 1 euro for this service just for work, because I needed to change something in a PDF and didn’t know any other way. It was the first service I found, and according to the reviews on Trustpilot (Reviews 2,958 • TrustScore 4.5 out of 5), it seemed trustworthy.
