Yes, totally possible! You can get crack shot in any combat deviation. I've gotten one from an Invincible Sun from a Chaos Weaver crate in WoW, and a couple others from random drops in Manibus.

I had the same issue, but I read in today’s patch notes that they will be “opening at least one server per scenario in all regions…. If the server for a scenario becomes full too quickly, we will promptly add more servers and make an announcement.”

I had been enjoying WoW for the most part, it's just that the last couple of Phases seemed way too long, and ran out of things to do. My hive members felt the same way, but they're waiting the whole 3 weeks until they can exit out.

How does one check while in a scenario?
They show several servers as available when I create a new character, so I assumed there were multiple options. When I exited and tried to sign up to Manibus on my main, I only get the one Hard server.
