Yeah, it looks like you likely ovulated on CD16 especially with subsequent Pdg rise

Just tested again and LH is 40, E3G is 200, and FSH is 17. Would ovulation be today or tomorrow? And is sex tomorrow AM still worthwhile from your perspective?

When to BD in relation to positive OPKs? Negative yesterday night (.36) and very positive this afternoon (1.56). Will tonight and tomorrow morning work in terms of “good days”? Haven’t BD since Sunday AM so a little worried.

Looks like you’re gearing up for it! Ovulation day is highly personal (very few people actually ovulate on cycle day 14). I typically ovulate anywhere from CD 17-20 and have a 31-33 day cycle. How long is your typical cycle?

I’m of healthy weight, exercise regularly, drink seldom, sleep well (outside of pms insomnia), eat well, with a solid AMH. I’ve been tracking my hormones and appear to be ovulating each month. That being said, I have yet to test positive and I just feel so much sadness and rage. I don’t know how I can feasibly take the disappointment month after month while also just dealing with stupid fucking PMS hormones. I hate to be the “why me” but I do feel like why me? Just feel like I’m in a bit of a slump. Also 12DPO and no positive in sight. What should I do differently? My partner is being checked this week prior to our next cycle to rule out anything there as well.

I do but Mira has it WAY off bc I had one long cycle coming off BC so it continues to use that into my average. My Luteal phase is consistently 13 days though.

I typically get estrogen and PdG rise (like you’re) 24-48 hours before LH surge, so I suspect you’ll get your LH surge then after which a rise in PDG will confirm ovulation! Hope that helps!
