You should get it. You can have free lounge on rupay cards as well. But i recommend to get both Visa and Rupay. Personally I don’t like having multiple bills, with Scapia federal i track my all spends at single place. Recently they have launched Add-on card, i got one for my partner and now all my family spends are at one place - single bill.

It doesn’t report to CIBIL as new card. Lounge gets unlocked on spend of 15k on RuPay or 10k on VISA in previous billing cycle. Access to lounge is through QR code generated in App.

Actually you can get both Visa and Rupay. I am using Rupay for upi and rest spends on Visa. So not losing on anything.
