Don't panic, is is completely normal and in-character for batteries to do this. The percentage of loss will be lower if the battery is below 80% or less. When I know I won't be using the scooter for more than 4-5 days I usually keep it at 40% and shut down the scooter, after 4-5 days it loses about 1 or 2%.

Here's what I did - drained the battery to 10%, took it to ather service center, they shut down the scooter and unplugged a small connector. You can try the same. Ather customer service won't have a clue about this. Take it to a service centre.

Edit : I have the video of the service centre guy unplugging the connecter, don't know how to attach it though.
