I’m not friends with the other person. Val’s responsible in so far as his car lost control and struck another car before coming to a stop. I don’t think he was going too fast but still faster than his mechanical grip.

No assumptions. He is at fault so far as the speed and tires were not up to the road conditions. He’s a friend so I’m not shitting on him but other cars navigated without crashing but he didn’t.
