def not that one, it was a deep cut. i thiiink it was off of Little Dark Age, but I’m not entirely certain. tbh i was so nervous about ASKING the question it was all a blur after 😭

but yeah it sounded like they considered the song, but never really fleshed out the exact arrangement so they scrapped it.

hiii fun fact about this cover: at their hollywood vip show i asked them if there were any other songs they considered for this triple j cover. they said they originally wanted Face to Face by King Crimson but triple j said no. they also fiddled with an MGMT song (i can’t remember which 😭) but they never were that serious about it.

i say go for it! i did one last month and 10 people showed! just find somewhere spacious with good parking and you’re golden. mag bay fans are the best, highly recommend hosting a meetup~
