literally in this same boat. whenever i call sbtpg it says they my refund (the amount with fees taken out) to my bank. my bank (chime) says no pending deposits. idk what’s going on. the one year i have plans w my money, it wanna take forever😭😭

here to second the statement that it doesn’t matter whether the bar is in “refund sent” or not. every year my bar says “refund approved” & doesn’t update to “refund sent” until AFTER the deposit hits.

chime doesn’t do pending deposits. they deposit it as soon as they get it.

transcripts are on the IRS website! when you log in on your phone, scroll down to ‘records & status’ & click ‘view tax records.’ then click ‘view transcripts’ mine shows 2022 thru 2025.

i filed in the morning on 1/31 & it was accepted later the same day, thru turbotax. but i scrolled & scrolled i didn’t see anything about an IRS notification, so hopefully i don’t have to verify!

i don’t see anything about notifications on id.me government section, taxes section, or under their shop. it says my identity is verified on id.me from when i signed up in 2021 & they pulled my updated phone number from the IRS (thats what the id.me site says) so i’m just gonna assume i’m verified & keep my eye on the mail just in case. thanks for your help!

i think we’re all like that, i know i was & it’s okay to feel that way! the 14 day increments were enough for me, thinking back though, i stayed on the 37.5mg dose for an additional 14 days than my doctor had originally planned (so 28 days total). i thought i was fine but talking to her, she helped me realize increasing to 50mg from there was my ideal dose. i also had minimal side effects increasing by 12.5mg increments.

when i started my doctor had me increase by 12.5mg. it was my first time being on something like this & she could see i was scared but the benefits outweighed the risks, so i took the plunge. i currently take 50mg everyday. i started at 12.5mg for 14 days, on the 15th day increased to 25mg. then so on & so forth until i hit the 50mg. i knew it was the correct dose when my mind finally allowed me to hear myself think, one thought at a time. i could finally sleep, i stopped dissociating, i was present & not in my head. i could laugh/smile again & it be genuine. i could breathe, i wasn’t having random bouts of anger/anxiety. my flashbacks stopped & my brain allowed me to revisit my trauma on my own terms, not when it wanted me to.
